Strength & Conditioning Coach
I specialize in providing personal training using individualized exercise programs that are tailored to the client's goals and needs.
Diet prescriptions are out of my scope, but I do give general nutritional guidelines and suggestions.
The exercise programs follow a progressed sequence that is influenced by the the goals and needs of the client.
Sessions may either be individual or by pair, and are scheduled via appointments.
Frequency per week may vary from 2x to 6x per week depending on the client's availability. Program will be adjusted accordingly.
Duration is approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour per session.
In line with today's quarantine rules, sessions are held online via Zoom.
